Processing Times

Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, processing times vary:

  • Custom / Personalized Items: 7–14 business days

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–4 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we create your piece.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping on orders over $100

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
